Payment

Upon confirmation, a deposit of 50% percent of your total must be received within 5 days of booking. For stays of 3 nights or less, full payment is required.

30 days prior to arrival, the balance is due.

Payment can be made through PayPal, or with a cash deposit, personal check, or wire transfer to our US bank account. Please contact us for details.

Cancellation Policy: If canceled 30 days or more prior to arrival, we will refund full amount minus a $35 dollar fee. Within 30 days, we can only refund if we are able to rebook the suite for your dates.
